咸阳环境污染---国家环保部约谈
1、环境保护部对陕西省咸阳市地市政府主要负责同志进行约谈，督促地方政府全面贯彻实施《大气污染防治行动计划》，严格落实环境保护有关法定责任。2、2016年一季度，咸阳市SO2浓度均值虽略有下降，但PM2.5、PM10、NO2浓度均值同比上升33.8%、36%和45.3%，污染情况突出。3、咸阳市施工扬尘管控不到位，富怡花园、日月星城、中南海城小区、朝阳一路湿地公园、咸阳湖二期工地、朝阳二路与金旭路交汇处工地、文苑路与文林路交汇处工地大量土方露天堆积未覆盖。4、咸阳市集中供热锅炉达标改造缓慢，小锅炉淘汰不彻底，主城区15台集中供热锅炉仅有2台完成改造，4家老纺织企业小锅炉未按照陕西省要求在2014年底前拆除，且治污设施简陋。全国就点名批评了5个城市，咸阳真有面子，还创建卫生城市。不是给咸阳抹黑，到处臭烘烘的，南郊的垃圾焚烧厂是不是该停了，这是遗臭万年的事情。 帮你顶，人还是厚道点好
